How do I place an order?

All users must create an account to place an order. Click on the 'My Account' link. Then click on the 'Register Now' link. Complete form with standard ship to and bill to info. This will populate during checkout (you can edit this info in checkout as well). Then, select a product, add to cart and proceed to checkout.

How do I contact Customer Service?

Call the Calendar Co-op Center at 800.833.8136.

What is the lead time for orders?

Two weeks from order acceptance and final proof approval. Transportation time must be added to the two week manufacturing schedule. Note: We can also store the order and ship after 10/1/10.

Can I get a proof of my imprint?

All imprinted orders will be proofed; once you place your order a virtual proof will be emailed to the address submitted within three business days.

When will I receive an invoice for my order?

Invoices will be mailed to you as soon as your order ships.

What is the overrun policy?

Each product is custom imprinted for you. An overrun or underrun of up to 4% will apply. We will ship to this 4% variance, and bill for quantity shipped.

Can I track the status of my order?

Are shipping charges included?

No, actual freight charges will be shown on your invoice.

Have any changes been made to the products this year?

The custom pocket calendar (CHSPKT item #) has been modified so that the monthly title as well as the before/after months are visible on the grid below the main picture. The custom Grain Ticket Envelope(GRAINTKT) is a new product offering this year.

Do I have to use one of the logos shown?

No, you do not have to use one of the logos shown, you can use your own by selecting the 'use own logo' option/using the upload artwork option on the product page.

What is my order number from last year?

If you ordered online, you can find order reference information in the order history section of the website. All others: You can find your last year’s order number on your invoice next to the unit cost column. If you cannot locate your invoice, please contact customer service at 1-800-833-8136, and they can look it up for you.

Can I have more than four lines of copy?

The number of lines of copy that will fit is dependent on the calendar style you want to order. The website only allows four lines. The Grain Ticket Envelope pre-set information can also be customized. If you require more lines of imprint or want to customize the Grain Ticket pre-set info, please call customer service at 1-800-833-8136 for more info.
